Our tapiocas are freshly prepared in front of the customer. With quirky names such as “Forró”, “Maracatu atomico”, or “Morena tropicana”, we have a variety of flavour to suit every taste. Our açaí bowls is a special treat which are becoming very popular.
Tapioca, the Brazilian crêpe
These unique Brazilian-style crêpe are popular street food made with tapioca starch from the manioc root. Tapioca is organic, flavor-neutral, non GMO, low in fat and gluten free. Tapioca is the perfect substitute for bread.
Tapioca is a typical Brazilian delicacy, with it's origins of the indigenous tupi-guarani tribe. Tapioca is made of extracted starch of manioc root. Today tapioca has been named intangible cultural heritage by the UNESCO.
You can enjoy your tapioca, which is made fresh to order, with any number of sweet or savory fillings, which are served with side salad. Some of the favorite fillings are chicken, tuna, mozzarella, sun-dried tomato and carne de sol (sun-dried Brazilian meat). For a sweet taste we use grated coconut with condense milk, banana with nutella or simply with butter.
